Korea Tourism Organization (Stand number: AP65) will be exhibiting at the UK's premier travel event, Destinations: The Holiday and Travel Show, taking place from the 3rd – 6th of February at Earls Court in London.

With the designation of 2010-2012 as 'Visit Korea Year’ and a host of mega events taking place throughout 2011, the destination is set to be firmly in the spotlight. The World Taekwondo Festival (May) will be followed by the IAAF World Athletics Championships (August) and another F1 race (October), not to mention a full calendar of festivals. All of which will bring greater visibility on our destination, especially since the ‘Historic Villages of Hahoe & Yangdong’ became the 10^th site to be inscribed onto the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage listing.

This year we also welcome a new travel company to share our stand; ‘International Rail Ltd’ who offer the world’s largest selection of rail journeys and passes, are now working in partnership with US Travel & Korean Railways, to sell rail travel across the peninsula, including the cost effective Korea Rail Pass (KR Pass).
