6. Race course

Swim 3.8 km :
The two-loop swim takes place in the ocean waters near Jungmun Beach, where the white sands
nested under a cliff make for a popular tourist attraction.

Bike 180.2 km :
The one-loop bike course coasts its way east toward Seogwipo City on excellent roads that pass through coastal villages and various cultural areas before heading up the rigorous yet scenic uphill portion of Mt. Gogeun. Once up the hill portion another coasting area turns up, which communal a beautiful coastal and mountain view in one.

Run 42.195 km :
The one-loop race has two turns between Jungmun Beach and Chenji-dong, and finishes at the spectacular World Cup Stadium.
