Modification and improvement of tour2korea.com

The modified ‘tour2korea.com’ in English and Japanese Languages, opened its cyber doors under the well-known address of tour2korea.com. It is the place that all Korean travel information can be found. The web site has been fine tuned to reflect Korea’s growing status as a growing tourist destination and dynamic hub of Asia. Each translated website has its own unique information based on interests. The site has become far more interactive, with information on hotels, performances, travel packages and other reservations. It has been modified into an enlarged service for members


2004 Gwangju Biennale – into the enthusiasm of the festival!

Started in 1995, Gwangju Biennale will celebrate its 10-year anniversary for 65-days from September 11 to November 13. The theme will be a ‘grain of dust, a drop of water’, which symbolizes creation and extinction. For the first time, members of the public have been asked to participate in the Biennale. Traditional Cultural Experience for foreigners

Overseas visitors now have the opportunity to take part in a wide variety of Korean cultural arts. A programme has been designed to allow visitors to participate in Samullori (traditional musical art) & Taekkyon (type of Taekwondo) and Kimichi making. The programmes will be held frequently throughout the year and is hosted by the Foundation for the Preservation of Cultural Properties, Korea Cultural House & Korea House.
