Stand A Chance To Win A Pair of Return Economy Class Airtickets to Seoul!

If you are given a budget to plan for your company's incentive trip to Korea, what will your program be like?

 

You will decide:

 

WHO are the audiences? (Eg, 50 staff and 3 top management)

WHAT are your proposed programs for trip?

WHEN will be the trip? (For example, mid June, summer)

WHERE are the places covered? (It can be in solo city or multiple cities in Korea)

WHY do you choose the programes, venues and acitivities?

HOW long will the trip be?

First Prize:
A pair of return economy class air tickets to Seoul by Korean Air

Second Prize:
Samsung Galaxy 4

Third Prize:  
Samsung Camera

7 Consolation Prizes:  
$350 worth of Korean restaurant vouchers

The campaign is opened to:

1)  Singapore-based residents only
2)  Employees of KTO Singapore and their immediate family members and / or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
3)  
Participants of minimum age of 18 years old and above; of any profession

 

Submission materials:


1) We only accept submission using Microsoft
powerpoint (up to a maximum of 15 pages).

2) Entries have to list down the daily activities for the group, foot notes on why you choose the venue or activities for the program

3) All submissions have to prepare a mock costing sheet for the entire itinerary (including room cost, transportation, meals, ticket cost to shows, attractions and others), in excel spreadsheet.

4) All content has to be original.

All entries must reach KTO Singapore office through email - koreamice.singapore@gmail.com by 31 October 2013.  
Winners will be announced by 29 November 2013 through official correspondence and other communication platforms.
 

General Terms and conditions

1)  
Upon entry into a contest, a participant will automatically give permission for use of personal data and this information will be retained in accordance with the privacy policy.
2)  Each participant can only submit one entry.
3)  KTO Singapore is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries, caused by telephone lines, systems or internet service providers, for entry responses received after the deadline as a consequence of telephone or internet service delays, interruptions, failuer or overloads, or for any stolen, misplaces, or incomplete responses.
4)  KTO Singapore reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, make prize substitutions or cancel this contest without prior notice.
5)  KTO Singapore reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the registration process or the operation of the contest or the website, violating of the Conditions of Access of the website, or acting in violation of the Computer Misuse Act or any other law or regulation.
6)  Entries and materials submtted in connection with any contest (whether in written, audio, electronic, visual form or any combination of those) become the property of KTO Singapore, and the materials may be used in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit.  Copyright in any such materials remains the sole property of KTO Singapore.
7)  KTO Singapore has the right to use such publicity photos and content in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit.
8)  All entries will be judged by a panel of judges. Shortlisted entries will be featured on KTO Singapore MICE Facebook page and other promotional channels.  
9) Entries wil be judged by our panel of judges based on the creativity, uniqueness and interesting element of the submitted entry.
10) All judges' decisions are final and no further enquiries will be entertained.
