Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) is the National Tourism Organization of the Republic of Korea. With offices located worldwide, KTO aims to make Korea one of the top travel destinations in the world by promoting and boosting tourism to Korea.

KTO Singapore Office is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individual for the following position:

Position: Market Researcher

Yearly based contract (including 2-months probation) | S$3,000~ S$3,200 (commensurate with experience)

Key responsibilities on the job include:

1)   Market Research and Analysis

·       Singapore tourism market and related industries

·       Performance and competitiveness analysis of Singapore online/offline travel agencies

·       Tourism market trend in Singapore

·       International travel and tourism market

·       Consumer propensity (especially travel consumers to Korea)

·       Monthly report based on market research and analysis

2)   Others

·       Ad-hoc participation in events

·       Arrange ad-hoc business appointments between visitors from Korea to Singapore tourism bodies

·       Other ad-hoc duties (assigned by Director and Manager).

 Applicants should possess at least the following requirements:

1) Singaporean citizenship or PR

2) Excellent written and spoken English language, good public speaker

3) A degree related to statistics, data analysis, research with a minimum of Diploma would be an added advantage

3) Experience in tourism field would be added advantage

4) Basic skill in conversational and written Korean would be an added advantage

5) Knowledge of tourism industry in Korea would be an added advantage

6) Able to commence employment from May 2020

Re-contract opportunities are available based on assessment after 1 year.
