The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) participated at OTM 2020 held during 3rd to 5th February, 2020 in order to promote the attractiveness of travel to Korea to the tourism industry, press, and consumers in India.

OTM Mumbai, the largest travel show in western Indian region recorded 1000 sellers from 50 countries and 31 Indian states who networked with 15000 trade visitors. OTM took place in Mumbai at Bombay Exhibition Centre. Mumbai is India’s largest travel source market for outbound market. As the preferred port of exit for the West and South Indian markets, it feeds 60% of India’s outbound tourist market.

The Visit Korea stand hosted 12 Destination Management Companies for South Korea who were able to connect with local travel agencies for potential travel business to Korea.

Furthermore, on the 2nd day of the exhibition, H.E. Mr. Dong Young Kim, Consul General, from Consulate General of Republic of Korea in Mumbai, inaugurated the OTM Opening Ceremony.
