PROMO MECHANICS:

1. With a minimum single receipt purchase of Php1,000, a customer will have a chance to win in "THEFACESHOP's 1+1th Year Anniversary".


2. Participating customer must write his/her complete name, address, birthday, e-mail address, telephone number, and affix his/her signature at the back of the official receipt and drop in lucky drop boxes located within the participating store premises.

Prize 1: 1 winner of Package tour to South Korea for 5 days and 4 nights (plus one companion)
*Inclusion: Gyeonggi Province, Incheon and Seoul tour with English speaking tour guide, round trip airfare, pocket money of P10,000 each (winner and one companion)
*Travel Period: November 2017 (no black out period)
*Travel voucher is valid for 6 months upon issue

*GC in denomination of P500 valid for 1 year upon issue

3. Credit card and gift certificate purchases are valid.

4. Promo begins on July 15 and ends on September 30, 2017. Deadline for submission of entries is on September 30, 2017 at store closing hours.

5. Raffle draw will be on October 14, 2017, 5 PM at THEFACESHOP SM Megamall in the presence of DTI, Asiana Airlines, Korea Tourism Organization and The Face Shop representatives.


6. Employees of Suyen Corporation and The Face Shop stores including relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.


7. Winner will shoulder 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.


8. Winner will be notified through registered mail and phone call, and announcement will be posted at all The Face Shop stores.


9. Winner will shoulder all costs incurred in securing any of his/her prizes (transportation, parking fee, Korean visa requirements and application, etc.).


10. Prizes not claimed until 60 days from receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Suyen Corporation – The Face Shop with prior approval from DTI.

11. A person can only win once, the prize with the greater value will be awarded should a person’s name be drawn more than once.


12. For Metro Manila winners, they must present two (2) valid IDs (any ID with photograph and signature), registered mail to the Suyen Corporation representative, at Suyen Corporation, 30th Street cor. Rizal Drive, Crescent Park West 5, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City (Office hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM).


13. For provincial winners, they must present their two (2) valid IDs (any ID with photograph and signature), registered mail to the TFS Store Manager at The Face Shop store nearest them.


14. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

Pocket money of $200 per person shall be shouldered by Suyen Corporation. Round trip airfare shall be shouldered by Asiana Airlines. Travel itinerary and English speaking tour guide shall be shouldered by Korea Tourism Organization.
