(Fort Lee, NJ) - The Chungju World Martial Arts Festival, a popular showcase of martial arts from around the world, will take place from September 30 to October 6 of this year in Chungju, Chungcheongbuk-do Province.

This year’s festival is to be held at the Chungju Gymnasium and Suanbo Hot Springs with participation of 20 martial arts organizations from within Korea and 35 from outside the country. Impressive demonstrations and fierce competitions will take place. Martial arts weapons and articles will be displayed from around the world, and excitement will be generated in the martial arts and health themes with a basic training test and traditional military experience program.

Not to be missed is a special performance by world masters and the taekgyeon performance, a demonstration of ancient Korean martial arts techniques.
