THE UN FOOD FESTIVAL SHOWCASES KOREAN CUISINE
(Fort Lee, NJ) – The Korean Food Festival at the United Nations begins on Friday, December 5 and runs through December 12, 2003 in the Delegates Dining Room at the United Nations building from 11:30 – 2:00pm.
Two of Korea’s most respected chefs, Yim Gi Ho and Choi Yun Ja, as well as 5 other chefs will participate in the two week food festival. They are visiting the US specifically for the festival, and will create more than 100 dishes to showcase the highest degree of Korean cuisine by using natural ingredients and pure flavors. The dishes are then offered at a lunchtime buffet to the general public. Reservations are required, and the cost is $22.50 per person.
The United Nations Delegates Dining Room is located at 1st Avenue and 46th Street in Manhattan on the 4th floor.
