The Korea National Tourism Organization (KNTO) invites you to participate in the increasingly popular Ironman Korea Triathlon on Korea’s idyllic paradise Island Jeju.

1. Date: Sunday, August 29, 2004.
2. Venue: Seogwipo, Jeju Island, Republic of Korea.
3. Hawaii Qualifying Slots: 50
4. Entry Fee: $350.00 USD

Swim 3.8 km:
The two-loop swim takes place in the ocean waters near the Jungmun Beach Resort, where the white sand beach meets the cliffs making for breathtaking scenic views.

Bike180.2 km:
The one-loop bike course sets out eastward towards Seogwipo City on excellent roads that pass through coastal villages and various cultural areas before heading up the rigorous yet scenic mountain rise to Mt. Gogeun. Once on top the course runs along beautiful vistas with combined beautiful coastal and mountain views.

Run 42.195 km:
The one loop race has two turns between Jungmun Beach and Chenji-dong, and finishes at the spectacular World Cup Stadium.
