Kimchi has long been the basic side dish served at every Korean meal. It is also the main ingredient for many wonderful dishes such as, kimchi fried rice, kimchi stew, kimchi ramen noodles and many more. This Korean traditional dish, known to have many health benefits, has evolved into a world-wide health food.

While visiting Korea, you too can learn to make Kimchi! There are a variety of classes and cultural experience programs depending on how much time you have and how much you would like to learn!

Doosan Foods Zongga Kimchi Factory: Tours are conducted twice daily Mon-Fri and can be reserved on line at www.chongga.com. Kimchi classes are available for a small fee.
