World Taekwondo Cultural Expo & Chuncheon Int’l Taekwondo Championship

Two prestigious Taekwondo events are slated for the month of June in Korea. The first World Taekwondo Culture Expo will be organized in the city of Muju and Jeonju, Korea from June 25th through 29th and this event will be followed by Chuncheon International Taekwondo Championships June 29th-July 4th 2007 in Chuncheon, Korea.

The Taekwondo Culture Expo is designed to provide an opportunity to experience the cultural aspects of Taekwondo and Korean traditional culture. The Taekwondo Culture Expo will be followed by Chuncheon Open International Taekwondo Championship 2007. Chuncheon is a city in the northeastern part of Korea, which is the home of the Hallyu (Korean Wave) Drama, Winter Sonata and other movies starring many Hallyu (Korean Wave) stars. By joining these two events, over 3,000 participants will be able to enjoy Taekwondo related performances, drama location sites and compete in the competitions as well.
